Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office Location & Hours –

The Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office is now open on a limited basis. Current hours are Tuesday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. Ticket Office hours will be adjusted accordingly on event days. The Ticket Office is located on Street Level at the southeast corner of the stadium.

Purchasing Tickets & Parking on Non-Event Days

For guests purchasing tickets from the Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office directly, free 30 minute parking is available in the South Parking Lot on Non-Event Days ONLY. To enter the South Parking Lot near the Ticket Office, please enter Gate #6 from southbound Capitol Avenue. Once parked, please proceed to the southeast corner of the stadium where the Ticket Office is located. If you have any questions on availability of this parking on Non-Event Days, please call the Ticket Office in advance at (317) 262-3389.

Accepted Forms of Payment

The Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office is now cashless. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, unless specifically requested differently by the event promoter.

Will Call

Tickets purchased on-line or by phone through Ticketmaster or the event promoter ONLY are available for Will Call pick-up at the Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office.
