Indiana University Health

Lucas Oil Stadium First Aid facilities are serviced by Indiana University Health. Medical personnel are required if 2,000 or more attendees are anticipated for an event. Your Event Coordinator will help you determine necessary First Aid details.

Security

BEST Crowd Management

BEST Crowd Management provides Event Staff for Lucas Oil Stadium. These positions include ushering and ticket taking for all NFL Indianapolis Colts home games and other events at Lucas Oil Stadium. BEST also provides 24-hour security for the Indiana Convention Center. BEST services over 124 stadiums, arenas and convention centers in the United States — more than any other provider. Contemporary Services Corporation – CSC

CSC Indianapolis has been serving Indianapolis and surrounding cities since 2001. CSC Indianapolis provides 24-hour security, entrance screening, access control, event level and field security, roamers and the overall security presence for all NFL Indianapolis Colts home games and events at Lucas Oil Stadium, formerly known as RCA Dome. Lucas Oil Stadium opened in 2008, and has since hosted Super Bowl XLVI, the annual NFL Scouting Combine, the annual Big Ten Football Championship Game, a wide variety of concerts, Monster Jam, Supercross, and the Men’s Final Four in 2010, 2015 and the entire Tournament in 2021. In 2012, we provided supplemental event services for Super Bowl XLVI, as well as many related events held downtown over the ten days surrounding the Super Bowl.  Most recently, we provided security and event services for the College Football Championship Game, hotel security and event staff security for the multiple concerts on Monument Circle leading up to the game in 2022.  CSC is the leader in Crowd Management.
