Guest Services A to Z
Guests must have a valid ticket or credential to enter Lucas Oil Stadium. Children 24 months & younger do NOT need a ticket for Indianapolis Colts home games. For other events, this policy may vary.
If a guest exits the gated area located on the outskirts of the stadium, he/she will not be allowed to re-enter facility during Indianapolis Colts home games. For other events, this policy may vary.
Lucas Oil Stadium is pleased to provide fully integrated accessible seating for fans with disabilities and their guests. Guests with disabilities are encouraged to select their choice of seats from a wide array of options provided by the stadium. To ensure a guest’s seat is ADA compliant, they must alert the ticket seller of his/her special needs at the time of purchase. Seating for persons with disabilities will change with the different event configurations, but at all times will be within the guidelines of the ADA.
Guests with disabilities holding non-accessible tickets that have been purchased at Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office or through Ticketmaster are invited to any ticket window of the ticket office to request the exchange of their ticket for one that more appropriately meets their needs. These accomodations will be made on the day of the event and seats are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. Ticket exchanges cannot be made for tickets purchased through other sources. The interior Ticket Office is located in the southeast corner of Street Level, across from section 118.

Indiana State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. Guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Starting times and/or days of events may dictate alcohol restriction policies. Some events may prohibit the sale of alcohol in Lucas Oil Stadium.
Lucas Oil Stadium is a fully accessible facility. All entrances into the stadium, as well as all levels of the stadium, are fully accessible via ramps, elevators and escalators. Accommodations for persons with disabilities include family restrooms, accessible ticket and concession counters, first-come first-serve designated parking, assistive listening devices, wheelchair availability and more.
Animals, with the exception of assistive animals for guests with disabilities, are not permitted inside Lucas Oil Stadium.
Assistive animals are welcome inside Lucas Oil Stadium. Guests with assistive animals are encouraged to contact LOS management in advance of the event.
Assistive Listening Devices are available during all major events. Please visit any of the Guest Services kiosks located throughout the stadium for assistance.
Captioning boards are located in the NE & SW corners of the stadium. American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters must be requested in advance.
Huntington Bank has furnished Lucas Oil Stadium with three (3) accessible ATMs on Street Level. ATMs are located on the North Concourse (west end of Lucas Oil Plaza), South Concourse (across from Section 132), and West Concourse (across from 143).
Cash to Card machines are also located throughout Lucas Oil Stadium. Please note that while Lucas Oil Stadium is cashless, you may be attending an event where outside vendors accept cash.
All Lucas Oil Stadium restrooms are equipped with baby-changing stations.
Banners are permitted inside Lucas Oil Stadium on an event by event basis provided they are in good taste and do not obstruct the view of any fans or stadium signage. Lucas Oil Stadium reserves the right to confiscate or move any and all banners. Banners may not be affixed to Lucas Oil Stadium in any way.
Lucas Oil Stadium has a very limited number of bicycle racks available on a first come, first serve basis. Bicycle racks are located outside of the Colts Pro Shop on Capitol Avenue on the NE side of the stadium and on South Street on the NW side of the stadium near Gate #5. Bicycles should not be secured to fences or any other structure on stadium grounds.

Use of cameras and video equipment inside Lucas Oil Stadium will be determined by the event promoter. Please note that such use may be prohibited by certain events. Video cameras are prohibited for all Indianapolis Colts home games. Still cameras are permitted inside the Stadium for Colts games, but lens length is restricted to 6 inches extended.
Lucas Oil Stadium is completely cashless for all Colts home games and many other events. This includes all retail outlets, concession stands, bars, and the Colts Pro Shop inside of the stadium. There are two cash-to-card kiosks located in Sections 105 and 129 that will allow you to convert your cash into a pre-paid debit card with no transaction fee that can be used inside and outside of the stadium (kiosks may be relocated for convenience during other events). The stadium also currently accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay as mobile payment options.
Please note that while Lucas Oil Stadium is cashless, you may be attending an event where outside vendors accept cash.
There are limited charging stations located throughout Lucas Oil Stadium, so guests are able to recharge their devices to stay connected during events.
The East Club and West Club are open for all Indianapolis Colts home games to guests with club seat and suite tickets. Guests need to keep their tickets with them at all times for ease of access in and out of the club lounges. Both clubs may be accessed through the West Gate or through East Gate, respectively. Each club is two-levels, and is approximately 30,000 square feet each.
The East Club and West Club may be open to the public for other events.
The Clear Bag Policy is implemented at all Indianapolis Colts events and other events as determined by the promoter. Patrons are allowed to carry one clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed the dimensions 12” by 6” by 12” or a one-gallon size clear plastic freezer bag. Fans may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand. https://www.nfl.com/legal/clear-bag-policy.
Fans without bags or purses are encouraged to use the security lines marked “EXPRESS LANES” for entry into Lucas Oil Stadium.
Bags containing medical devices and related supplies, including breast pumps, are not subject to the clear bag policy, but will be subject to security screenings, including search, at the gates. All other bags, including diaper bags, must adhere to the clear bag policy. Diapers can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, is allowed to carry an approved clear bag into the stadium. Breast milk and required medications are permitted inside the stadium in clear bags or clear containers.
Sodexo Live! offers a wide variety of food and beverage choices for guests. There are over 160 permanent and portable concession stands located throughout the stadium. All concession stands in Lucas Oil Stadium are accessible and cashless. All major credit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Large print menus are available upon request. Please refer to the Concourse Level maps for locations.
Sodexo Live! is the sole licensed food and beverage operator at Lucas Oil Stadium. Nonprofit groups are encouraged to contact Sodexo Live! at (317) 262-2428 if they are interested in raising funds for their organization by working in a concession stand during Lucas Oil Stadium events.
Liquor containers, bottles, cans, liquid containers and coolers are prohibited (except for guests with special medical or dietary needs). See also: Items Not Permitted in Lucas Oil Stadium.
All concession stands accept major credit cards as payment, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All merchandise stands, including the Colts Pro Shop, also accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Lucas Oil Stadium is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis with easy access from several major highways:
- From the North: Follow I-65 South to Exit 114 (Martin Luther King Jr. St./West St.) and go south to South St.
- From the South: Follow I-65 North to I-70 West. Take Exit 79A (West St.) and go north.
- From the East: Follow I-70 west to I-65 North. Take Exit 114 (Martin Luther King Jr. St./West St.) and go south to South St.
- From the West: Follow I-70 East to Exit 79A (West St.) and go north.
For Colts games, doors open times will be two (2) hours prior to kickoff. For other public events, doors will vary.
Two drop-off points are available at Lucas Oil Stadium to assist our guests. If you are traveling northbound on Missouri Street, you may drop off at the SW corner of the stadium. If you are traveling southbound on Capitol Avenue, you may drop off at the NE corner of the stadium near the Colts Pro Shop.
Please note that due to pedestrian traffic, drop-off and pick-up points may be restricted within approximately one hour pre and post event.

Lucas Oil Stadium has an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in the event an emergency occurs. Part of this plan includes a command center on event days staffed by LOS personnel and local law enforcement/emergency management personnel. You are encouraged to take the following steps in the event of an emergency:
- Be aware of your location in the stadium at all times.
- Identify the nearest exit to your location.
- Listen for and follow instructions from the stadium public address system.
- Ask for assistance and information from stadium staff, uniformed security and medical personnel.
There are four (4) main entrances to Lucas Oil Stadium:

- Huntington Bank Gate – West
- Caesars Gate – South
- Verizon Gate – East
All guests will be subject to inspection upon entering Lucas Oil Stadium. Guests may refuse inspection, but then may be denied entrance into Lucas Oil Stadium. See Security Procedures for further information.

IU Health provides First Aid to all public events inside Lucas Oil Stadium. The main First Aid Office is located in the northwest corner of Street Level, adjacent from section 145 at the bottom of the pedestrian ramp. There are four (4) satellite First Aid Stations throughout the building. One (1) is located on Street Level across from section 118, one (1) is on Club/Loge Level by section 323, and two (2) are located on the Terrace Level near sections 519 and 544.
For emergencies during events, please find the nearest usher or contact facility security from any red house phone by dialing Stadium Control at x3444 or (317) 262-3444.
Please contact the Indianapolis Colts Community Relations Department at (317) 297-2658 or check colts.com/community/gameday-programs/gameday-greetings for more information. Messages must be arranged in advance. The Indianapolis Colts are unable to add messages on game days.
Lucas Oil Stadium is a fully accessible facility. All gates and entrances are accessible using wheeled mobility devices. The gates at Lucas Oil Stadium open to the public two (2) hours prior to kickoff for Indianapolis Colts home games. For other public events, times will vary.
There are four gates surrounding the stadium:
- Lucas Oil – North Gate
- Huntington – West Gate
- Caesars – South Gate
- Verizon – East Gate
Lucas Oil Stadium has established this Guest Code of Conduct that will allow everyone in attendance at the stadium to enjoy all aspects of the event. We ask that everyone conduct themselves in a manner that does not take away from other’s enjoyment of the game. Any violation of these rules could result in immediate expulsion from the stadium. Guests are prohibited from:
- Unauthorized entry onto the playing field or interfering with the progress of the game
- Refusing to show a ticket when asked by a stadium representative
- Attempting to sit in seats for which you are not properly ticketed
- Using foul or abusive language or gestures
- Threatening other patrons with words and/or actions
- Fighting
- Throwing or kicking an object in Lucas Oil Stadium or onto the field
- Interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the game
- Wearing clothing with abusive or vulgar terminology or inappropriate photographs or symbols
- Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
- Displaying obscene or indecent signs
- Standing on seats or chairs
- Stepping over chairs from one row to another
- Standing, sitting or loitering in aisles, stairs, ramps or other areas of conveyance
- Placing food or beverages on walls, ledges or overhangs that may spill or drop on guests below
- Liquor containers, bottles, cans, liquid containers or coolers (except for guests with special medical or dietary needs)
- Food not dispensed by Lucas Oil Stadium concessionaires
- Running or jogging in Lucas Oil Stadium
- Disorderly conduct
- Public Intoxication
- Possession or use of drugs
- Public indecency
- Obstructing justice
- Criminal trespass
- Selling items or tickets on Lucas Oil Stadium property
- Distributing or displaying handbills without prior consent
- Smoking (except outside gates) or spitting. Smoking and the use of all tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside Lucas Oil Stadium and on the exterior balconies. This includes the use of Vapor or E cigarettes and any type of smokeless tobacco. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas outside of Lucas Oil Stadium. Indiana Law requires all smoking to be outside of the stadium eight (8) feet away from any entry point.
Those observing other guests violating these policies should report the incident to the nearest stadium representative.
There are four (4) Guest Services kiosks located throughout the stadium. Guest Services kiosks open at the same time as the gates and remain open until the conclusion of the event.
All Guest Services kiosks are equipped and prepared to assist with wheelchairs and assistive listening devices, as well as any other related questions regarding special needs.

Club Loge Level – There is one (1) kiosk located on the Club Loge Level.
- Southwest corner, adjacent to section 330

Lucas Oil Stadium Guest Services staff will work in collaboration with the Indianapolis Colts Guest Relations staff for all Colts games.

For the protection of our fans, the following items are not permitted in Lucas Oil Stadium and cannot be stored by Lucas Oil Stadium personnel. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Weapons or fireworks
- Missile-like objects
- Video cameras (at the discretion of each event promoter)
- Poles/sticks of any kind
- Large purses, bags and backpacks
- Liquor containers, bottles, cans, liquid containers and coolers (except for guests with special medical or dietary needs)
- Food not dispensed by Lucas Oil Stadium concessionaires
- Objects that obstruct another patron’s view of the playing field
- Horns, bells, whistles, bullhorns, megaphones, klaxons, boom boxes and/or other noisemakers
- Animals (except assistive animals for guests with disabilities)
- Anything that creates a nuisance or disruption
- Selfie Sticks
- Blankets and seat cushions
Patrons are subject to inspection of person, parcels, bags, containers and/or clothing capable of concealing prohibited items. Guests may refuse inspections, however, management reserves the right to refuse entry.
Event Level
Feature locations include field, loading dock, locker rooms (NFL, visiting and auxiliary), commissary, pedestrian connector to Indiana Convention Center, exhibit halls and meeting rooms. The Event Level also includes 8 Field Suites, with over 160 individual seats.
Street Level (100 and 200 level seating)
This is the main level in which you enter the Stadium. Feature locations include Lucas Oil Plaza, East and West Club Lounges, Ticket Office and Colts Pro Shop. The Street Level contains over 26,000 individual seats.
Lower Suites
The Lower Suite Level contains 77 suites, with over 1,700 individual seats.
Club/Loge Level (300 and 400 seating)
Feature locations include the upper levels of the East and West Club Lounges. The Club/Loge Level contains over 15,500 individual seats.
Upper Suites
Feature location includes the Quarterback Suite in the South End Zone which has seating for 200. The Upper Suite Level contains 57 suites (including Quarterback Suite), with over 1,000 individual seats.
Terrace Level (500 and 600 level seating)
Feature location includes The Bud Light Terrace, which displays an operable window overlooking the city. The Terrace Level contains over 21,000 individual seats.
Press Box
The Press Box contains game operations booths, radio broadcast, coaches booths, print media, video board production and stadium operations. The Press Box also has seating for up to 200 members of the media.
LOS contains eleven (11) underground/indoor docks, totaling 34,000 square feet.
Lost & Found items are to be turned in to Guest Services kiosk 121. After each event, these items will be left at Lucas Oil Stadium Security Dispatch. Items will be held for two (2) weeks. After an event, guests can call Security Dispatch at (317) 262-4000 (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to see if their item has been turned in.
Children who have lost their parents should be escorted to the nearest usher or security person.
Lucas Oil Plaza is approximately 30,000 square feet and is considered the main point of entry for stadium guests. It is located on the north end of Street Level.
Media Will Call locations will vary event to event, and will be determined by the Event Promoter. For Colts games, Media Will Call is located at the two (2) ticket windows in the Northwest corner, across from aisle 145.
Lucas Oil Stadium has twelve (12) meeting rooms ranging in size from 780 square feet to 1,400 square for a total of more than 12,700 square feet of meeting room space. Escalators, elevators and stairs give easy access to and from the meeting rooms.
The Colts Pro Shop in Lucas Oil Stadium is located at the northeast corner (Across from Aisle 108) and is accessible from inside the stadium on Colts game days. Regular Colts Pro Shop hours are Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and CLOSED Sunday. The Pro Shop is open year round. The Colts Pro Shop can be accessed from the entrance on Capitol Avenue at the corner of South Street on non-game days. Please call (317) 262-2700 for further information and hours.
Lucas Oil Stadium also offers several merchandise and novelty stands throughout the stadium that are used for events selling merchandise. Fanatics is the sole licensed retail operator at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Lucas Oil Products, Inc. secured the naming rights from the Indianapolis Colts for the stadium at a cost of $122 million over 20 years.

Mamava lactation suites are available at Lucas Oil Stadium providing options for nursing mothers who prefer a private location to breastfeed or pump at Colts games or other stadium events. The Mamava suites are self-contained, mobile pods with seating, a fold-down table, interior lighting, an electrical outlet for a breast pump, a USB port and a door that can be locked for privacy.
The three (3) Mamava suites are in the following locations:
- Street Level, southwest corner near Sections 108/208
- Street Level, northeast corner near Section 132
- Terrace Level, southeast corner near Sections 518/618
In addition to the Mamava pods, the Mother’s Room, another location for breastfeeding or pumping, is located on the Loge Level next to the stadium administrative offices near Sections 307/407.
Lucas Oil Stadium prohibits guests from bringing in food and beverage (except for guests with special medical or dietary needs). Several different food and beverage options are available inside the facility at permanent and portable concession stands.

ADA Accessible Parking
Indianapolis offers over 70,000 parking spots downtown with multiple options for accessible parking. Accessible parking may be available in the Stadium’s South Lot with access off northbound Missouri Street for some events on a first-come, first-served basis. If available, a valid placard or license plate is required for access and in addition, a Colts parking pass is required for all Indianapolis Colts games.

Power stations are available for recharging wheelchairs and other battery operated mobility aid devices. These stations are also available for operating respirators and other medical device equipment. Please contact Lucas Oil Stadium security, Guest Services or First Aid personnel for assistance in securing use of these stations.

If a patron exits the gated area on the outskirts of the stadium, he/she will not be allowed to re-enter the facility during an Indianapolis Colts games. Pass outs may be available for other events and is determined by the event promoter.
All restrooms located throughout Lucas Oil Stadium are accessible and include baby changing stations. In addition, Family Restrooms are available on all levels and quadrants of the stadium to further accommodate guests. Please refer to the Concourse Level maps for locations.

Please utilize Northbound Illinois Street as pick-up/drop-off location for Ride Share. To request a ride, guests must exit the stadium and walk towards Illinois Street to ensure a smooth pick-up. Guests will be unable to request a ride until they are outside of the geofenced perimeter.
As a matter of safety for pedestrians, we ask that guests traveling to the stadium on scooters do not operator these scooters on stadium grounds, including sidewalks and South Street where event day activities may be taking place.
Scooters are unable to be secured on stadium property and should remain outside the 100’ perimeter at all times. Please park scooters away from Lucas Oil Stadium.
Lucas Oil Stadium holds:
- Over 67,000 fixed seats, expandable to be configured to seating for over 70,000
- Over 7,000 club seats with access to Club Lounges
- Nearly 1,200 for persons with disabilities
- General spectator seating ranging from 20-21 inches in width

All guests will be subject to inspection upon entering Lucas Oil Stadium. The following items are not be permitted in Lucas Oil Stadium: food & beverage items, bottles, cans, liquor containers, weapons, coolers, bags, large purses, backpacks, video recorders (on an event by event basis), horns, artificial noisemakers, and other missile-like objects. Please be advised that nothing larger than a small personal handbag, subject to inspection, will be permitted inside Lucas Oil Stadium. Guests may refuse inspection, but then may be denied entrance into the stadium.
In conjunction with national nonprofit KultureCity, Lucas Oil Stadium offers sensory bags, equipped with noise cancelling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads for guests who feel overwhelmed but want to stay engaged in the game or event they are attending. Patrons will still have access to a designated quiet space within the stadium if a quieter and more secure environment is needed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the stadium. This includes e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted outside within any of the 4 gates located on the exterior of the stadium. Please stay within these gates – do NOT exit. If gates are exited, re-entry into the stadium will not be allowed for Indianapolis Colts games.
Individuals with special dietary/medical needs should contact a First Aid or Guest Services staff at their entry gate for the locations to store special-needs items such as prescription drugs, dietary foods or beverages.
Public drinking fountains are available throughout the stadium.
Lucas Oil Stadium is owned and operated by the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County (CIB).
Umbrellas and strollers are permitted in Lucas Oil Stadium. Umbrellas and strollers may not block aisles or obstruct another patron’s view.
Lucas Oil Stadium offers 139 luxury suites including 8 field suites, which are located just 10’ from the South end zone. The Quarterback Suite (on Upper Suite Level) offers 200 person seating capacity and is available for private events. Suites range in size from Mini to Super with varied locations and capacities. Food and beverage selections are provided by Sodexo Live!, exclusive caterer of Lucas Oil Stadium. For more information regarding the suites, please call the Indianapolis Colts at (317) 297-2658.

The Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office and Will Call are located on the southeast corner of Street Level on Capitol Avenue, across from section 121. It includes 28 exterior windows and 3 interior windows. An auxiliary ticket office is also located adjacent to the Colts Pro Shop on the northeast side of the stadium. All ticket windows are accessible.
Ticket Office hours are Tuesday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
*The ticket office adjusts its hours on event days and is open as the event warrants.
Indianapolis Colts game tickets are marked with the local kickoff time for each individual game. Please be advised that Indianapolis does take part in daylight savings time as of April 2006 (Eastern Time Zone).
Stadium tours are typically available to the public Fridays at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. (excluding holidays and events days). Tickets are available for purchase two (2) weeks in advance of each tour date until each tour begins or is sold out at the Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office and ticketmaster.com. Private tours are available dependent on stadium event schedule. Those interested in having a private tour should contact (317) 262-8600 for more information.
Umbrellas and strollers are permitted in Lucas Oil Stadium. Umbrellas and strollers may not block aisles or obstruct another patron’s view.
A total of 14 elevators, 10 escalators and 2 ADA approved ramp systems are available to assist with moving guests to and from the different levels of the stadium. Please refer to concourse maps for specific elevator, escalator and ramp locations.
Elevators
Elevators are located in each quadrant of the stadium. Elevators are in operation when doors are open until one hour after the conclusion of most events.
Escalators
The following escalators land on the Street Level (100-200), Club Loge Level (300-400) and Terrace Level (500-600):
- Lucas Oil Plaza (North)
- South Plaza
The following escalators are within the Club Lounges and land at the Street Level and Club Level only:
- East Club Lounge
- West Club Lounge
There is also an escalator on the NE side of Event Level near the meeting rooms. This escalator drops off at Street Level.
Ramps
Lucas Oil Stadium features 2 ADA compliant ramp systems that stop at each level of the stadium.
- Northwest Ramp (Adjacent to section 145)
- Southeast Ramp (Adjacent to section 121)
In addition, the Street Level concourse is at grade, thus eliminating any vertical transportation requirements for guests with tickets in the 100 and 200 level seating areas. Please see the enclosed concourse maps for the most convenient route to your seat.
During the summer of 2022, Lucas Oil Stadium replaced more than 50 LED displays. In total, the new LED network totals more than 19,500 square feet of LED displays and 21.3 million pixels. Highlights of the refresh include two 53-foot-high by 97-foot-wide main LED video boards in the stadium’s northwest and southeast corners and more than 2,000 linear feet of LED ribbon displays. The main video screens will employ a 10 mm pixel pitch, a 417% improvement of clarity compared to the previous 16 mm and 23 mm screens.
Accessible public water fountains are available on all levels throughout the stadium. They are located in the following areas:
Street Level – (4) locations
- (2) in the West Gate area outside the club, near the archways on exterior side of concourse.
- (2) in the East Gate area outside the club, near the archways on exterior side of concourse.
Lower & Upper Suite Levels – (4) locations each
- Located just outside of each of the bathrooms on the suite levels. Bathrooms are located in the NE, NW, SE and SW corners.
Club/Loge Level – (8) locations
- (2) in the NE & NW corners outside the bathrooms behind sections 306 & 349
- (4) behind sections 308, 318, 335, & 344
- (2) in the South Loge located in the vomitories for section 325-326 & 327-328
Terrace Level – (3) locations
- (1) in the West concourse behind section 543
- (2) in the East concourse behind sections 510 & 516

Guests may contact Guest Services to request a wheelchair escort to their seat for an event and then be picked up at the conclusion of the event.
Will Call is located in the Ticket Office at the southeast corner of Street Level. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept tickets from the general public.
